BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO: THREE RIGS INSTALLED

The job: A group-training studio needed three rigs built and ready for classes.

Result: Three rigs installed. We still service the studio today - bikes, rowers and the rest of the floor - so the owner has one team that knows the room.

HOME GYM: ROGUE RACK, CABLE SYSTEM AND STORAGE

Starting point: A garage full of Rogue boxes - rack, cable attachments, plate and dumbbell storage, plates and bars.

What we did: Inventoried the delivery, built the rack and cable system, set the storage, and loaded plates and dumbbells in place.

Result: A finished home gym, ready to train in.

HOME GYM: FORCE USA ALL-IN-ONE RIG

Starting point: A Force USA Pro all-in-one - Smith machine, functional trainer and rack in one frame - going onto new rubber flooring.

Result: Built, cables routed and attachments hung - a complete rig ready to train on.

 

SMITH MACHINES AND BENCHES, KEPT RUNNING

We maintain Smith machines from Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Precor at commercial facilities: function testing the bar carriage, lubricating the rails and adjustments, and cleaning each unit on scheduled visits.
