BIKEERG PEDAL THAT KEPT COMING OFF - BOUTIQUE STUDIO

Problem: A pedal had come off the crank arm on a studio BikeErg.

How we got there: We pulled the unit off the wall to get at the drive side. The crank arm threads were stripped, so re-attaching the old pedal would only fail again mid-class.

Fix: We specified the correct manufacturer replacement pedal and quoted it the same week, instead of a quick patch.

Result: The studio knew exactly what was wrong and what it cost before approving anything.

UPRIGHT AND RECUMBENT BIKES ON A MAINTENANCE PLAN - COMMERCIAL FACILITY

Problem: Nothing broken yet. The facility wanted its bikes kept out of the out-of-order pile.

How we got there: Every bike got a full function test, including resistance control at each level.

Fix: Seat adjustment tracks lubricated, dust and lint cleaned out of the housings, consoles cleaned.

Result: Each bike logged in a written service report, with anything worn flagged before it failed.
